Mindy JR Cimmino, Founder and President
Mindy founded Mentor in 1993 and has grown the business solidly via client referrals since then, largely due to her attention to detail, a passion for providing extraordinary service and by surrounding herself with a spectacular team. She has been involved in meetings/events management and medical education for more than 20 years, with the last decade focused almost exclusively on the healthcare/pharmaceutical industries. Mindy serves on a number of industry advisory boards and has developed and taught meetings and events management curricula. Mindy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Bryant University.

Jerry Cimmino, Chief Financial Officer
Jerry joined Mentor in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for oversight of all finance and accounting related activities as well as providing direction for long-term strategy and business development activities. He has more than 28 years of experience in finance/accounting. From 1989 to 2004, Jerry held the positions of Corporate Controller and Vice President and Treasurer for Arch Wireless, Inc. During this period, he was a member of the management team that oversaw the growth of the company to become the largest wireless messaging company in the United States. Prior to joining Arch, Jerry spent seven years in public accounting with the firm Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College.

Margaret Ranieri Anger, Assoc. Director of Meeting Planning & Operations
Maggie joined Mentor in March of 2007 and has worked primarily with the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. She works strategically and successfully with our planning and operations teams to flawlessly execute programs on behalf of Mentor clients. Prior to joining Mentor, Maggie lived in New York City working for Katzenbach Partners LLC, a management consulting firm. Maggie currently lives in Rhode Island, where she can take advantage of her greatest passions; her family, including new daughter Sophia, and her close proximity to the ocean. Maggie earned her Bachelors Degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
